1. Refund & Return Policy Overview

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of confirmed delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

As our products are Perishable Food Goods (clean-label roasted makhana snacks), we only support refunds and returns when there is a proven manufacturing defect, damaged pouch packaging, unsealed nitrogen barrier, or transit tampering.

2. Additional Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Gift cards & digital vouchers
• Promotional freebies or contest prize packs
• Packs that have been opened and consumed past sample inspection

To complete your return or replacement request, we require an order receipt or proof of purchase along with batch code details printed on the pouch reverse.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return details or returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company or UPI provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted in Indian banking channels.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zeromyth.in or hello@zeromyth.in.

5. Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, promotional sale or clearance flash items cannot be refunded unless physically damaged or defective upon arrival.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, stale upon unboxing, or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with clear photos/batch numbers to support@zeromyth.in and send your item to our facility:

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.

8. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before the shipment has been dispatched from our facility (typically within 4 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been picked up by our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.
